Chalet Chineur

This destination:

If you are looking for outstanding views as well as a grand, classic chalet look no further than Chalet Chineur, perched high on the South facing side of Verbier. A much loved home, this chalet is filled with art and antique furniture collected through the owner’s antique business.

The charming rooms are all decorated with elegance and flair. When the snow is falling guests can retreat to the warmth of the 18th Century granite fireplace in the main sitting room, adorned with Post-Impressionist paintings. Or on bright, sunny days enjoy a vin chaud or glass of champagne on the large balcony, admiring the breathtaking views.

Attractive bedrooms are individually decorated and incredibly comfortable; the master suite at the top of the chalet has a particularly beautiful dressing table and private balcony. There are two further double rooms on the middle floor, one being a very Swiss ‘Lit Clos’ (built in bed) and a twin bedroom.

A private chef and host will ensure you have only the highest quality of service throughout your stay.

If guests can drag themselves away from this fabulous chalet, a driving service until 4am will whisk you away to enjoy the highlights of Verbier.

Resort Information

Verbier itself needs little introduction. It is one of the most infamous and widely reported resorts in the world. Whether you seek powder and thrills, lively bars and stylish restaurants or village charm from your ski holiday, Verbier has something for everyone.

The village itself is a beautiful array of chalet-style buildings developed in a sunny bowl. Located in the Valais canton of Switzerland, it is a quick (less than two hours by car) and picturesque journey from Geneva airport, making it a perfect destination for weekend breaks as well as week long holidays.

The ski area spans over 400km, stretching across the Four Valleys area to Nendaz and Thyon. This huge area provides endless cruising blue and red pistes suitable for all skiing abilities. The dedicated nursery slopes and excellent ski schools offer something for beginners of all ages and those looking to be challenged by Verbier’s notorious off-piste and black/itinerary runs do not need to search very far.

The nightlife is as legendary as the skiing and can be as lively or sophisticated as you wish. An abundance of top quality restaurants, bars and shops are all conveniently located within easy walking distance of both of our hotels and many of our chalets. Alternatively you can sample the lively après-ski bars in your ski boots and finish the evening feasting on our delicious food in the chalet.

Whichever type of holiday you are searching for in Verbier, Ski Verbier is the perfect host to ensure it all comes true, and in effortless style.
