In our magnificent larger catered chalets, a team consisting of a private chef and up to three hosts will ensure your every need is catered for.
Ski Verbier has an unrivalled reputation for the quality of its food and the ingenuity of its chefs. The chefs in our larger catered chalets all have a proven track record of working in restaurants of the highest level and all bring a wealth of expertise to your holiday.
The emphasis will be on delicious food, beautiful presentation throughout and a balanced and considered menu. Prepare to be surprised at the phenomenal standard of food your chef can consistently produce from the chalet kitchen. From hearty and nutritious breakfasts, through to tempting teatime treats in the afternoon. In the evening, enjoy a glass of wine with mouth-watering and beautiful canapés in front of a roaring fire, before moving to the candlelit dining room for the main event – a four-course feast for the senses, accompanied by a selection of fine wines served on six nights each week. Champagne is served on your first evening and a champagne breakfast on the morning of your choice.
The staff will take off one day during your holiday. On this day, you will be left a continental breakfast and a team of staff will clean the chalet and set out afternoon tea once you have gone skiing. In the evening, we will be very happy to book one of the many restaurants for you.
For our larger chalets located more than five minutes walk from the main Médran lift station or centre of Verbier, we have a team of drivers operating throughout the day until 4am. This is very popular for families who need children whisked off to ski school first thing in the morning or for those out late at night and needing a lift to bed. These chalets include: Septième Ciel, Sorojasa, Treize Etoiles, Treize Etoiles II, Entre Ciel et Terre and Chineur.
For Chalets Baroque and Cybou, which are a little closer to the lift station, we offer a shuttle driving service from 8.30am to 9.30am by our Resort Representatives.
