These intimate chalets are perfect for small groups of friends or families.
Our selection of slightly smaller and more intimate catered chalets with two to three bedrooms have one member of staff looking after our guests: a chef/host. Our talented staff cater for guests throughout the week, as well as cleaning the chalet daily.
As with the larger catered chalets, the emphasis is on delicious food, beautiful presentation throughout and a balanced and considered menu. Our Chef/hosts are chosen for their flexibility, attention to detail and their exceptional catering skills. They share the same passion for fine dining and superb food as our more highly qualified chefs, although they may have less restaurant experience. From hearty and nutritious breakfasts, through to tempting teatime treats in the afternoon. In the evening, enjoy a glass of champagne with mouth-watering and beautiful canapés in front of a roaring fire, before moving to the candlelit dining room for the main event – a four-course feast for the senses, accompanied by a selection of fine wines served on six nights each week.
The staff will take off one day during your holiday. On this day, you will be left a continental breakfast and a team of staff will clean the chalet and set out afternoon tea once you have gone skiing. In the evening, we will be very happy to book one of the many restaurants for you.
To take the stress out of the morning walk to the lift station, our Resort Representatives provide a shuttle driving service from 8.30am to 9.30am in Chalets Plein Soleil and Berbou.
