In our catered chalets your own private chef will come in daily to cook for you. Starting if you wish with coffee or tea in bed before a full English or continental breakfast, complimented by freshly squeezed orange juice and specially selected ground coffee – this should set you up for a full day of skiing. Once a week you are treated to a champagne breakfast.
When you arrive home, freshly baked cakes or biscuits will be ready for your afternoon tea. In the evening, pre-dinner drinks and canapés are followed by a four-course gourmet meal, which includes a selection of local cheeses and fine wines.
On Wednesdays our staff take a well-earned day off, when you have the opportunity to sample one of Verbier’s excellent restaurants. We are happy to advise you on these, and to make your booking if requested.
Our totally flexible approach enables us to liase closely with clients who may have special dietary requirments, or with children who would like different menus and meal times. If you are staying in a catered chalet your chef will call you in advance to discuss your meal requirements.
